My mental changes, attitude has changed so much in the last 6 months, 1 year ago when I joined FU Fitness, I knew I needed to change. I suffered from depression, I was gaining weight and FU Fitness pulled me out of this. They believed in me, I got into a healthy habit routine, it works for me. I am learning so much and the habits I am working with has changed the way I eat and my behaviours on how I feel, I am taking care of my emotional well being. I feel phenomenal.

Since joining FU Fitness in January I found a program that works for me and my lifestyle! Working alongside Coach Candace, has helped me build my confidence, develop a healthy relationship with food and scrap the word 'DIET' . I fuel my body with whole foods I love!
The workouts she has designed for me are easy to follow and are based on my needs and goals. I can hold a plank for 30s, I have lost weight and gained strength from working out at home and I love it! I am proud of myself for sticking to it! I look forward to creating more healthy changes, and sticking to this well balanced lifestyle

This journey has been a good one for me. Candace has been my motivator and supporter. She has held me accountable and worked with me to manage my habits and fitness goals. FU fitness has provided me with the skills and thought process to a healthy lifestyle. I have lost weight but more importantly I have learned healthy ways to manage my life, mindset and body.

Working with FU Fitness has been really helpful for me to get back to a healthy weight and overall fitness level. The flexibility and customization of their online program has enabled me to consistently do my workouts as well as drop those last unwanted pounds. The last 12 weeks working with FU FITNESS I am down 11lbs and 17 inches! I feel great and happy with my results.
